This is such a great question and deserves to be explored in greater detail. We offer 5 louver sizes ranging from 1-1/4” to 4-1/2”. The louver size you choose can be determined by the aesthetic you wish to achieve, the level of light control desired, and the size of your windows. Our most popular sizes are 2-1/2” and 3-1/2” louvers. Choosing one of these will allow you to have fewer louvers and therefore more light. However, if you are looking for a more traditional look, the smaller 1-1/4” or 1-7/8” size may be the best choice.
